All three pillars are active. Within them, four levers do the work: nervous system, sleep, fuel, and strength. Your data runs through all of it, bloods, symptoms, sleep, and training response tells us where to push and where to hold.
The approach is neuroscience-informed and trauma-aware. What changes between clients is the dose, not the structure. Your Neuroscience-Informed Change and Safety Assessment(NICSA) identifies where you're starting from → Regulate, Restore, or Rebuild — and that determines how each lever is met from day one.

What the work looks like
Twelve weeks. One-to-one. Structured around your capacity, your medical history, and the data we gather along the way.
Four sessions. Messaging support between them.
A NICSA assessment to establish your starting point, Regulate, Restore, or Rebuild, so the work meets you where you actually are, not where you should be by now.
You leave with Finding Your Way Back →a clinical workbook built for the moments Crash Menopause shifts on you. Because it will. This isn't something you finish. It's a way of working with your body that you take forward.
